My story
Sadly, almost everyone knows someone, whether family or friend, that has a cancer story and unfortunately I know a few. I'd seen the Mighty Hike's advertised on social media for a few years and had always thought they'd be a great experience and raise money for a great charity at the same time. So, when Meg messaged me to say she was putting a team together to walk the South Coast Mighty Hike it was a simple answer (also helped I'd had a couple of glasses of bubbles hence the team name 'Couple of Bubbles'). Our team is myself, Meg, Beck, Meg's friend Em and her old work colleague Nikki so there should be a good few giggles whilst raising a bit of money.Macmillan’s goal is to be there from diagnosis through every step of the journey. That’s where we come in. Your donation, no matter the size, will help ensure that no one has to face cancer without the care, compassion, and expert support they deserve.So please help me raise my target of £250 (and maybe more) for this deserving charity and enjoy the thought of me spending a day walking an entire marathon...I'm sure there'll be a few pictures.Alice Team Couple of Bubbles
