My story
In June 2026 we are challenging ourselves to take on the Gower Peninsula Mighty Hike to help raise vital funds for people living with cancer. Amber completed the Mighty Hike last year, and while it was tough, it was also incredibly rewarding. She was completely blown away by the incredible support and generosity that was received, which is a huge part of why she’s decided to push herself and take on the challenge again and dragging Mike along too 😃 As a group, with our pals Kerry & Scott we all know people who have recently battled cancer, and some of us have sadly lost loved ones. This challenge is for them, and for everyone currently facing a cancer diagnosis. There are around 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. Macmillan’s goal is to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they simply can’t do this without the generosity of supporters.
