My story
This summer, we will be taking part in the Macmillan Mighty Hike in the Lake District on the 6th June, walking 26 miles to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Cancer has affected both of our families, and many of our friends and family will know how personal this is for us. Seeing first-hand the impact cancer can have is what motivated us to take on this challenge and support the work Macmillan does for people living with cancer.
Today, almost 3.5 million people in the UK are living with cancer, and Macmillan is there to support people from diagnosis and through every step of the journey.
We’re aiming to raise £500, and any donation — no matter the size — will help ensure that no one has to face cancer without the care, compassion and expert support they deserve.
Together, we can make a Mighty difference
