My story
After being unable to participate last year, I am taking on the South Coast Mighty Hike again this year to fundraise for Macmillan Cancer Support!
Participating is more than just wanting to complete a hike for the sake of it, however; that can be done any day.
I want to start making this a personal, regular occurrence in support of a service that I know a good few personal friends have accessed; either as a person living with cancer or as a loved one supporting such a person.
They've been there for people that I care about, as well as for patients and relatives that I may have looked after as a nurse. I'd like to support the service in return.
Any donations help with continuing to enable this invaluable service, and the practical and clinical support it provides.
