My story
It was an absolute honour and privilege to do my first Mighty Hike last year. What a great charity!
Many of you supported me last year, and I am still reeling from that. However with Dunluce school closing this June, I am thankful that we have a staff team joining forces to make a difference to this wonderful cause.
It is sobering to realise that in my extended family we have lost 3 members to cancer since last years hike.
I’m taking on the Giant's Causeway Mighty Hike, pushing my limits to raise £250 in support of Macmillan Cancer Support, because no one should have to face cancer alone.
Today, almost 3.5 million people in the UK are living with cancer, a figure that's growing steadily. Macmillan’s goal is to be there from diagnosis through every step of the journey.
That’s where we come in.
Your donation, no matter the size, will help ensure that no one has to face cancer without the care, compassion, and expert support they deserve.
Together, we can make a Mighty difference.
