This September, I'm taking on the Macmillan Mighty Hike with the team at Avantis Performance.
I'm doing this for the people we've lost, the people still fighting, and the families whose lives have been changed by cancer.
Most of us know someone who has been affected by this disease. I certainly do. It's a cause that's close to my heart, and that's why I'm lacing up my boots and taking on the challenge.
