My story
On Saturday, 5 September 2026, with a group of Sheffield friends, I'm walking 26 miles on the Northumberland Coast, to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
It's 25 years since my Grandma, Rita Emily Hill, left us too soon because of cancer, and I shall be walking in her memory.
Macmillan gives people with cancer everything they’ve got. If you’re diagnosed, your worries are Macmillan’s worries. Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes. But without your help, Macmillan can’t support everyone who needs them.
Please, help me to help Macmillan to ensure that no-one faces cancer alone. Together, we can make a difference.
