Dw i'n cymryd rhan yn y Mighty Hike Penrhyn Gŵyr, i godi £250 i gefnogi Cymorth Canser Macmillan, oherwydd ni ddylai neb wynebu canser ar ei ben ei hun.
Dw i'n un o lawer o bobl sy'n cerdded er cof am rywun arbennig yn eu bywydau. Rhywun arwyddocaol, dylanwadol, hael a bythgofiadwy. Dewi Myrddin oedd hwna a mwy.
Heddiw, mae bron i 3.5 miliwn o bobl yn y DU yn byw gyda chanser, ffigur sy'n tyfu'n gyson. Nod Macmillan yw bod yno o'r diagnosis bob cam o'r daith.
