My story
Along with a number of my glorious colleagues from Arch Re, I’m taking on the South Coast Mighty Hike, a marathon length walk which will challenge my unfit body to the max in order to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan Cancer Support, because no one should have to face cancer alone.
Many of you will know, I had my own brush with cancer a few years ago and the difference it makes to feel supported by all around you from the medical team, to your family, your friends and organisation such as Macmillan Cancer Support are all part of the healing process.
Today, almost 3.5 million people in the UK are living with cancer, a figure that's growing steadily. Macmillan’s goal is to be there from diagnosis through every step of the journey.
Your donation, no matter the size, will help ensure that no one has to face cancer without the care, compassion, and expert support they deserve.
Together, we can make a Mighty difference.
