My story
This year myself and the family have decided to take part in the Northumberland Coast Mighty Hike. We’re doing this to raise £250 each in support of Macmillan Cancer Support who are currently supporting my brilliant Step Mum, Shirley, through a very difficult and unpredictable time. So far they have been so helpful and always there when needed!
Today, almost 3.5 million people in the UK are living with cancer, a figure that's growing steadily. Macmillan’s goal is to be there from diagnosis through every step of the journey.
