My story
I’m taking on the Macmillan Mighty Hike in honour of my mum, who has been diagnosed with terminal neuroendocrine cancer.
This walk is so much more than a physical challenge. It’s my way of showing my love and support for my mum, while raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Their nurses, advisers and support teams provide incredible care, guidance and comfort to people living with cancer and their families during some of the hardest times imaginable.
Every mile I walk is for my mum and for everyone whose lives have been affected by cancer.
