My story
On the 12th September, alongside a team of family and friends, I’m taking on the Cotswolds Mighty Hike, pushing my limits to raise £250 — towards a team goal of £1,250 — in support of Macmillan Cancer Support, because no one should have to face cancer alone.
Like many of us, I’ve lost loved ones to cancer — my brother Tony, and sister-in-law Lorraine — and so with each step I will be thinking of them. Today, almost 3.5 million people in the UK are living with cancer, a figure that's growing steadily. Macmillan’s goal is to be there from diagnosis through every step of the journey.
That’s where your support comes in.
Your donation, no matter the size, will help ensure that no one has to face cancer without the care, compassion, and expert support they deserve.
Together, we can make a Mighty difference.
